As the seller, I have the right to turn down/cancel a commission. I will only take on pieces that I know I can complete, and that I'm comfortable with.

I will not adjust my style to try and mimic someone else's style. If you don't want my style, don't commission me.

If you receive your comission, but attempt to refund/chargeback me, you will be blocked and placed on a public blacklist.

Please be able to provide me a clear reference of your character. Flat colours are preferred so I don't have to struggle to pinpoint the proper colours. The only time I will accept a description of a character is when I'm doing a custom design.

Please tell me beforehand if you want your commission to be private/posted anonymously as I tend to use my work for advertising! I will gladly respect your decision. ♥

Payment will be paid in full before I start any work on it. I can gladly hold the slot for a minimum of 24 hours. The maximum time I will hold a slot for you is one week. If I receive no payment after a week has passed, your hold will be dropped and will become available to someone else.

My currency is United States Dollars, or USD for short. If you need help convering it to your currency, do let me know.

Once I reach your spot in queue, I will contact you to make sure you are still wanting your slot. Feel free to contact me at any time if you change your mind. Once you pay, that is when I will begin to work on your piece.

I will give you updates three times before the final piece: sketch, lineart, and flat colours. Please do not constantly ask me for updates, as I have other clients I'll be working with.

If you ask for a major change in the piece anytime after approval of the lineart stage(clothes, facial expression, extra props, etc.), you will be charged an extra fee depending on the severity of change. Please make sure everything is perfect in your eyes before you give me the confirmation to continue on!

Maximum wait time for icons and halfbodies should be no longer than 2 weeks after I confirm the sketch on your commission, as well as maximum wait time for fullbodies should be no longer than 1 month after I confirm the sketch on your commission.

If you want a refund before I send you the sketch stage, 50% of the original price will be refunded back to you.

If you want a refund before I send you the lineart stage, 25% of the original price will be refunded back to you.

No refund will be given after the lineart stage.

If an issue arises during your commission(ex. file corruption, tablet breaks, faulty setup). I will offer to refund you 100% of the amount. If you wish to decline the refund and wait, you will be my main finishing priority. If you wish to take the refund, you will be refunded within a few minutes to an hour.

My works are not allowed to be changed or adjusted by machine learning or derived technologies, or for derivatives of my works to be created through the use of above-mentioned technologies.

Should the client decide to change or adjust the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, or create derivatives of the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, I will consider this an automatic purchase of exclusive rights and charge DOUBLE the standard fee per artwork. Please inquire about the exact fee for your commission in advance.
